EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should have minimum 4-5 years studio/marketing agency experience in a project coordinator/project management position. You have a solid understanding of design studio systems and processes, complemented by a well-rounded and diverse ability to assist the Project Manager manage both the creative & production team – as well as a host of vendors & client types. Your experience reflects your understanding of coordination & management – including branding, print, signage, web/ interactive and environmental applications. You have had some experience in playing a lead project management role with a team of designers, production artists and are well versed in client communications. Your experience and strength in leading development of comprehensive creative & production for real estate project marketing programs would be a strong asset in your role with WCI | Rally as that is a large percentage of the work that the studio does.
The position is a full-time permanent position working in the WCI | Rally studio at our Abbotsford location. This position is available immediately.

Rally Creative is an established, boutique creative services agency based in the Fraser Valley – working with a wide range of clients all over Western Canada. As the economy begins to recover from Covid-19, Rally has seen an increase in design contracts and are looking to work with motivated senior designers in a contract and/or freelance capacity. • Proficient in managing programming team in implementation of design storyboards/ review and mark up of development site to ensure alignment with intended design/ and direct technical feasibility and implementation options.
• You have the ability to work closely with art director and lead designers to understand requirement and come up with web/ interactive design that will work best for the users under particular business context.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and exceptional attention to detail.
