On the shores of the majestic Okanagan Lake, two striking silhouettes soar into the Kelowna sky. A contemporary combination of residential and retail, One Water Street is a revolutionary urban community in the nexus of the evolving downtown Kelowna, where Okanagan living truly reaches new heights. A collection of luxury homes spans two towers, bridged by an unparalleled, resort-style amenity podium spanning 1.3 acres. This is the story of how this iconic development's brand platform was created, along with some great visuals of the finished product.

The One Water Street brand had to reflect the unique and iconic architecture and resort style amenities that truly re-define Okanagan Urban Living. The colour palette had to reflect an upscale, simple but elegant sophistication reflecting our positioning of living at new heights, but without coming across as pretentious. The creative process involved a great deal of creative exploration, leading us to the final development of the identity and design platform for the finished product.

With exceptional exposure on three sides of the site, our signage program incorporated the unique combination of raw steel panels and polished chrome to define the brand set the tone for the extensive signage and hoarding program at One Water Street. These same appreciable elements are strategically carried into the exterior sales centre signage and throughout the sales centre interior.
The Sales Centre lobby was designed to accentuate wide open space, featuring a stunning custom millwork wall with integrated raw steel and chrome logo to create a true sense of arrival at reception, and a striking model rising up into the volume of the vaulted ceilings. The pathing of the space was purposeful in positioning the powerful team of developers behind the project as the lead in to the area story, and subsequently into the details around these up scale homes and of course the spectacular amenity offerings. Four touchscreens within the Sales Centre to showcase One Water Street’s diverse range of floorplans, sweeping views, renderings, and interior imagery as a lead in to two fully furnished display suites with spectacular sweeping backlit views that made you feel like you were really viewing from the top floor.

The promotional materials for One Water street were designed and produced in a manner reflective of this high-calibre project. A 34-page brochure consisted of elegant finishing details like the chrome embossed logo on specialty metallic cover stock. Inside, the brochure really takes on a storybook feel in showcasing the area amenities, development features, spectacular sweeping views and breathtaking interiors. The 15-second television spot further tied these elements together giving a true impression of life at One Water Street.
